I love talking about food, cookbooks, ingredients, travel, culture and my French Bulldogs but I don't like talking about me. So I'll make this quick. I have a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor's degree from Moravian College in Business Management. I am married with two children, two Frenchies and a serious cookbook addiction. I have experience with multiple food allergies and various dietary requirements. Nutrition is best when food is locally grown without chemicals, eaten seasonally and prepared with love.
